At Zehnder, we're dedicated to supporting you with your product. By registering your unit using the form below, you'll be able to activate your warranty (if applicable) and help to ensure you're able to receive technical support for your product.
Please note: The serial number is a 12 digit number found on the type plate of the unit. Please exclude the 4 letter code at the start of the serial number.
Our extended warranty is provided to all owners of Zehnder MVHR units. To ensure this is validated you must register your unit within six months of the manufacture date. In addition you will need to ensure that your filters are replaced at stipulated times, typically every six months. You will also need to adhere to any maintenance requirements as detailed in your installation/user manual.
